The Outpouring

out·pour·ing
noun
  1. something that streams out rapidly.

Here we are the second week of 2019 and God could have not shown me more of what He has declared and decreed for this year to be. It’s truly amazing to see how true in fact when you press in and believe God wholeheartedly you see the manifestation of His glory instantly.

Would I have ever thought it to be so true….. I see the Overflow here there and everywhere. It’s a true Outpouring of His spirit moving in the direction of Expansion for many. When you allow yourself to be in a place of “Overflow” you should walk in expectancy that you will see it.

Let me clarify you may not see it in yourself or in anything you may do but you will see it in others. You will see how God uses the very things He has for you to be a true blessing and fulfillment for others.

I have experienced just this far into the year how the presence of Overflow has awakened dormant callings in the lives of several, how the presence of Overflow has brought true fulfillment to an entire church that declared their year 2019 The Year of Expansion, to another church that this year they too are embracing Loving God, Loving People, And Serving the World which is the mission of our church URCHURCH.LIFE

Do you see God’s pattern…. I was thinking but wait God what about me, what about our ministry as I many of times feel it can be mediocre. God cleared said to me this is your year of Overflow.

o·ver·flow
verb
  1. 1.
  2. (especially of a liquid) flow over the brim of a receptacle.

Talking with my mentor he says to me “Stay encouraged you are not working the Church the Lord is using the Church to work on you for your next assignment” You have a lot to offer this is only the beginning for you God has a lot in stored for both of you!

Wow! Ok I get it … it’s part of the process and I must be willing to pour out into others to see how God will continue to keep me in a place of Overflow.

Psalm 23:1-6

Psalm of David. The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He makes me lie down in green pastures. He leads me beside still waters. He restores my soul. He leads me in paths of righteousness for his name’s sake. Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; you anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows. …

I say this to share with you…. be willing, be available allowing God to use you to be of Overflow for many.

Be Blessed, Encouraged and Inspired!

Love PJ
