This months Article is about Servola Frazier, Loving Wife, Mother, Sister, Friend.

Servola, my dear sister in faith this is all about you. We want to hear directly from you, who you are, what you do?

I can just see your big Beautiful smile when I ask you these questions!

I am Servola Frazier.  I am married to George Frazier, USAF(ret). We will be celebrating 18 years this year.  We have three beautiful adult children George, Charles, and Daniella.  We are grandparents.  As well as, spiritual parents to many.

What is your purpose {other than being an amazing Women of God’}?

My purpose is to help individuals and business discover their God-given purpose and excel in life and business.

What are you doing to impact others // the community //make a difference?

Wow!  I am a John Maxwell certified executive coach, trainer, and speaker.  I volunteer with Life Works’ Job Partnership program to help unemployed or under-employed individuals find meaning work to support their families.  I have my own radio broadcast where my team and I discuss women issues.  Creating a platform for women issues to be discussed by women for women.  I also live by the philosophy to be the change I want to see.  So, I consider myself to be a resource to others. I am here to help.

What makes you so passionate about what you do?

I love being there for others because I had the honor of being a person that others felt worthy of their support a long my life’s journey.  I want to pay it forward.

Do you have a favorite motto or quote that inspires you?

Several quotes inspire me.  A few are “be the change you want to see in the world,” by Ghandi; and  “You must know yourself to grow yourself,” by John Maxwell.  My favorite one that I tend to lean on is one my father shared with me by Edwin Markham. “Ah, great it is to believe the dream as we stand in youth by the starry stream; but a greater thing is to fight life through and say at the end, the dream is true!”  My father would say it like this, “To dream the starry dream is to fight life through until your dreams come true.”

What is your favorite thing to do with your family?

I love to play games with my family.  I am highly competitive, and it just makes for a fun time win or lose.

How would you describe motherhood?

Motherhood is one of the most wonderful experiences there are.  I love being a mother.  Having the honor of being call mom is one of the greatest!

What is your trick to mommin’ and working and ministry?

Keep a schedule!  Establish earlier who and what has priority and only make trade-offs when you absolute have to.  Nothing replaces the years you miss.  You can’t wave a wand and get them back.  So, learn early how to cherish them.

What is a word you love!

Love is a word I love.

Is there a phrase that describes you:

I would have to say ambitious.  Many people call me diva.

How can we follow you and your journey?

Can we get involved with your passion project?
